Urban Stories: Children’s Storage and Activity Center by Tcherassi Vilató

Inspired by their son and daughter, Barcelona-based Tcherassi Vilató are creating a furniture collection for kids. First up is Urban Stories, a storage and activity piece that encourages creativity and imagination through drawing, sketching, and playing.

The lids feature a chalkboard on one side and a whiteboard on the other that they can draw on while the lids are flat covering the storage areas or they slide into the slot for them to sit vertically.

When the lids are aligned in the slot, they become a skyline where the kids can draw buildings or various scenarios. They also make taller legs so you can let the piece transform into a desk or console as your child grows.
