Matthew Hofmann is a practicing architect in Santa Barbara, CA who recently renovated a 1970s Airstream trailer into a small live/work studio.
Usually when I see Airstream trailers that are converted, they are typically made into living spaces. However, what’s impressive is that Hofmann has created a space where he and his girlfriend live and work.
Both the dining area and the work area — it even converts to a guest bed! I love the mounted monitor.
Love the hidden printer — such a clever live/work solution.
