This house located in Kansas City is designed by architects of Framework Design, and it fuses together a homespace and a workspace. It uses wood salvaged from barns and reclaimed oak, giving it a natural feel accompanied by contemporary elements. In addition, the house is sustainable and it includes natural lighting along with many other features.

The three categories in the framework are defined by the effect that production methods and intrinsic characteristicsof the final products have on pathogen survival and growth. If the survival and growth of pathogens is more likely in some products, these products present a greater food safety risk compared to products where pathogen growth and survival is less likely.

That is beautiful. But those stairs aren’t child-friendly.

Among the more pretentious homes built in downtown KC, possibly even worse than the trashy malibu wannabe’s built on public right of way in summit circle. It’s okay to build a supersized, self-aggrandizing box, copying and pasting “style” from the past few issues of dwell. but please, don’t attempt to justify its enormous scale by calling it “sustainable.” no structure that allocates that much space and material to a single family can be thought of as sustainable.
¿Vivienda Moderna? ¡Más bien millones de dólares caja de mierda!
