Design Milk is happy to share the most recent lecture of the 2022/2023 academic year of The Vignelli Center for Design Studies’ Design Conversations Lecture Series featuring Su Mathews Hale, CEO and Chief Creative Officer of branding agency Hale Design. In this lecture, Su discusses a range of topics, from her upbringing and early roots in design, to how she approaches various types of branding projects. This is one you don’t want to miss!

For more than two decades, Su Mathews Hale has thrived at the intersection of design and brand strategy. Using the power of design to develop inspiring creations while solving business problems, Su has collaborated with a broad range of notable clients including Citibank, Disney, Chick-fil-A, eBay, Hawaiian Airlines, Hershey’s, Hyatt, IHG, Papa Johns, Sam’s Club, Samsung, Shutterstock, Taco Bell, and Walmart. To learn more about The Vignelli Center for Design Studies at RIT, they have launched digital access to the archives through Google Arts & Culture, joining over 2000 cultural institutions from around the world. The initial launch includes nearly 900 high resolution images of artifacts from the archives so that now anyone with access to the Internet and Google Arts & Culture can search the Vignelli archives or browse it by color or chronological order.
