London-based designer Samuel Wilkinson is no stranger to our site and he’s back with a new seating collection called Worn for Casamania. The upholstery collection consists of an armchair, 2-seater, and 3-seater sofa which recently debuted during Salone 2014.
Worn’s signature detail is the patches of contrasting leather that cover the armrests over the spots that are often the most worn out, hence the name.
The natural leather is untreated, so over time, it will age appropriately. Connecting the two materials are large, decorative X-shaped stitches giving it additional character.
