Yinka Ilori Gains Momentum With Commercial Textiles + Wallcoverings

Is there anything Yinka Ilori can’t do? We think not. The British-Nigerian multidisciplinary artist and designer is diving into the world of commercial textiles and wallcoverings with his first collection in this area of design, created in collaboration with Momentum Textiles & Wallcoverings. Celebrating his dual heritage and championing the themes of community and the power of affirmation, the Yinka Ilori x Momentum collection is set to infuse spaces with positivity and joy.

Shower Me with Flowers

The collection features five patterns available as textiles. Shower Me With Flowers offers a modern take on floral prints using simple, geometric shapes, while Dream Catchers plays with perception through its shapely pattern. Eyes in Reflection has a grid-like design with only a few rounded motifs and Blossoms Time focuses on woven textures in a variety of solid colors. Rhythms Surround You, the most dynamic pattern in the collection, features layers of colors, shapes, and patterns in a single design.

Rhythms Surround You

In addition to being available as textiles, Rhythms Surround You WC is also offered as a wallcovering, alongside Moving Mountains, a playful geometric pattern, and Shifting Motions, a kaleidoscopic explosion of color.
