Z House by Pb Elemental Architecture

Located on a quiet street just above the Ravenna ravine in Seattle, Z House by Pb Elemental Architecture creates a private and calming refuge for a fast paced family of four.

The homeowners wished for a low-maintenance house that worked with the rainy climate, and could withstand the crazy lifestyle that comes with having two energetic boys running around.

A floating Z shape is created on the bedroom level, which is broken in two directions. This way, the adults can enjoy privacy yet still be on the same level with the children.
