A modern barn! We have, in fact, featured a modern barn here before, but this one is different in style. This barn is much more rustic on the exterior, and was at one time part of a larger estate. Chantry’s Barn, as it is known, is the labor of love created by owners Mark Collins and Julia Uttley. Over six years, the couple designed a space that would house their hobbies, love of art and cinema, and modern design. Parts of the interior were left rustic such as exposed beam and stone walls, juxtaposed with the modern walls, flooring and furnishings.
