A Collection Made of Metal and Stone by Jinsik Kim

Using metal and stone, Jinsik Kim created the Half Half collection to experiment with the frequently used materials. Besides that, Kim wanted to create pieces that marked the contrast of the material qualities and design a table and a stool using circle and square shapes.

The result is two sculptural pieces where the heavy stone material intersects the bent stainless steel. The metallic surface of the lightweight metal reflects the patterns of the stone and everything around it almost making it disappear.
