Hopefully you are starting to become familiar with our newest project, called Designer Desktops, our monthly desktop wallpaper series inspired by a thought-provoking quote from a renown designer. For May, we worked with an illustrator to make a Philippe Starck quote come to life.

This month’s design was created by Julie Forlepa. Julie says, “I tried to interpret, in my style, the replacement of beauty with goodness.” Julie attended Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia and is now working as a Graphic Designer at Bodek and Rhodes in Philadelphia. She illustrates on her own time working mostly in gouache and vector.
