Ok, first thought was something in the way of a modern sherpa impression / modern esthetic meets Tatooine… which both references are awesome. Then I realized it was done by Hans Wenger and I was even more in love… and that makes me a total designer whore. But I’m ok with that. Lastly, I saw the side view and the amount of recline is AMAZING… I want to take a nap in it badly.
I am a very proud and spoiled owner of a Flay Halyard. The true beauty of the chair extends beyond the timeless aesthetics. You feel weightless when completely reclined. I’ve nicknamed it “steel cloud”.
Hello, I have one of these wonderful chairs for sale in Western New York State. The frame is in perfect shape. The seat needs some new rope in the front seat section. Details, photos available.
