I’m confused on how it will be the first? There are already household LED bulbs for sale in places such as Lowe’s. Do they mean something else?

At $40 a bulb they are way more expensive than the incumbent. I know GE makes high quality LEDs with the right colour temperature, but the colour of LED light is actually less conducive to many home and interior tasks and functions, including rendering wall colour similar to natural light.
