An Industrial Loft in The Netherlands

The Canal House, a historic loft on one of the Dutch canals in Amsterdam, was recently refurbished by Houtwerk BV, using the design of Witteveen Architecten. The interior utilizes contemporary HI-MACS® material (acrylic stone), which they’ve paired with original details, like the brick walls an columns, to result in a cozy, industrial loft.

The loft area of the master bedroom was lined, along with the full balustrade and doors. The attached bathroom matches the bedroom and it’s made entirely from HI-MACS®, including the floor, walls, shower, and sinks.
