Not sure what the above comment really has to do with this awesome space and gorgeous fireplace but, Kate brings up an interesting point. It’s about time people stop living outside their means, and it’s us designers that can aid and assist with this. I am definitely excited and ready for the rehabilitation trend to begin. Good for the environment and good for our wallets.
