Levita is the first design for OMEV, a new Italian design company. It is on exhibit at the WhiteLabs Gallery in Milan through July 30th.
Designed by Alessandro Loschiavo, Levita is a column of shelves made entirely of stainless steel — the shelves are all made of hammered steel. It is designed to look like sheets of levitating paper, beginning with an A4 ream of paper resting on the floor.
