At the House of Propellers from October 9 – November 7, 2009, Chilean artist Livia Marin’s Broken Things will be on exhibition. Her first solo exhibition in the UK, Broken Things showcases tabletop pieces such as gravy boats, bowls, and plates with cracks and missing parts to stress the intimate relationship between us and the objects we use every day.

weird, not sure I get it. The relationship between us and every day objects? Cracked, broken? but I see MELTED. Any thoughts back?
