I got mine a while ago and have used it on planes, on trains and in automobiles, at my office desk, next to the bed, in the kitchen and in the garden, I never leave home without it and it rocks.

This is not a very refined concept. I wonder if it could be thinner, serve multiple uses, or somehow attach to the iphone/ipod when not in use to avoid having the clunky block in your pocket.
