How would you like to work in an office like this?

Dufaylite, makers of a 100% recyclable, robust and versatile core material (recycled paper honeycomb) partnered with Leeds-based Duke Studios for a truly unique workspace environment. They created ten studio offices using their substrate material called Ultra Board.
Located in Leeds, Duke Studios is bringing some fun and life back to an old building by transforming all 7000 square feet it into an open floor plan studio space for creatives. This place already looks like tons of fun!

Looks great! I’m sure that it won’t hold up well in the long run, but i like the little details like the shelves and window sills.

It should last longer than it needs. If it gets damaged, like dented, you could mud/paint it.
This is what frugal business owners should spec out.

Imagine the the doodles and sketches you could do on them to decorate feature walls! That’s awesome!

It a good idea, if you think in a temporary instalation. The fire, the humidity, anything could be a problem for this structure.

also i foresee an accumulation of wood/paper dust from the cardboard. people might be allergic to that (or become so).
did i mention paper cuts?
sorry, furniture/walls out of paper just is no good idea.
fire hazard, damp card board, dry air, lignine fog, paper cuts.. doesnt sound so cozy to me.
then again: good for temporary installations like exhibitions. (but still: fire hazard…)
