Palmillas House by GLR Arquitectos

Located at the top of the Sierra Madre Oriental in Mexico, GLR Arquitectos (Gilberto L. Rodríguez) the Palmillas House is situated in the mountainous pine and oak forest part of the city.

On a site with an accentuated slope, the architect designed a set of volumes that would work with the existing natural topography. Because of this slope, the home is actually five levels – a game room basement, living area, all the way up to an enclosed observation area to enjoy panoramic city views.

Project Name: Palmillas House
