Nucleo is presenting the Petroglyph collection in the first edition of PAD New York, through Gallerie Secondome.
Using scrap materials sourced by the Nucleo Laboratory, the wooden tables and chairs have been assembled in layers to create striated forms.
Additional timber boards are used to create screenprints with quotes inspired by Fyodor Dostoyevsky – celebrating beauty as the only form of salvation. “Salvation in a double sense, the message hidden inside, the soul, and in the re-used material, the body, visible to all.”
The exhibition will run November 11-14, 2011.
