Seashore Shell House in Japan by Takeshi Hirobe Architects

The Seashore Shell House was completed in 2008 by Takeshi Hirobe Architects. Located in the Chiba prefecture — in the greater Tokyo area, this villa by the sea is a wood structure in which the sound of the waves echoes. I love how it was built so that all of the rooms face the ocean, as if giving it a great, big hug.
