Frank Winnubst took a different approach to creating his Springtime chair by using springs to create comfort for the sitter. It resembles a giant square wafer constructed of layers of springs and the springs at the top are covered with hand-knit material so that the sitter’s body doesn’t get cold from sitting on the seat.
