A modern classic of lighting, the arch lamp is super cool and many retailers have begun making their own version — in all price ranges.
Here are some examples:

The expensive classic: Flos Arco Lamp

The more inexpensive classic: Arc Floor Lamp from Chiasso

Cool and modern: Contour Lamp from Funky Lights

Super affordable: Double Dip from CB2

I found two different arch lamp versions at http://www.vintagelooks.com for about $350.00 with free shipping. Not bad considering the base weighs 140lbs. :-)

I always hated the arch lamp. And nothing changed. It always comes with the Le Corbusier Chaise longue, the Eileen Gray Adjustable Table and the Wagenfeld lamp.
Booooring!
