Christine Ferrara from Call of the Small, a blog that focuses on modern miniature design, recently decided to DIY her own modern dollhouse using three lacquer tissue boxes she got at an outlet store. I love how the tissue openings serve as windows and a skylight. It only took her 44 minutes to make and look at the great result!

I was looking at “tiny house” designs, and it seems as if this simple and smart concept was missing: components that are all identical. I’m going to keep my eye open for tissue box covers and grab some to see what I can accomplish. Thanks for the inspiration!
