Bark Out Loud: Dyeing a Dog’s Fur

There are a myriad of ways to dye a dog’s coat safely: non-toxic food coloring, veggies or fruits, dyes specifically designed for dogs, pet hair sprays, and “chalking”, to name a few. And, there’s no denying that a pink (or purple or blue) dog definitely attracts attention when they’re out and about. So, our Bark Out Loud question this month is:

Do you think dyeing a dog’s fur is okay? Have you or would you color your dog’s coat? Why or why not?
