Shawn Littrell’s Aline collection takes a contemporary look at tufted upholstery. Littrell reduces the technique of tufting by upholstering individual linear cushions, and then aligns and stacks the cushions together to form dramatic elongated tufts. The technique creates a unique perspective on modern day lounge furniture.
