Bang & Olufsen‘s storied history spans across the annals of home audio and video products, beginning in 1925, and along the way has etched its mark as a design iconic brand thanks to the work of design luminaries such as Jacob Jensen, Henning Moldenhawer, and in recent times, Cecilie Manz, B&O’s first female designer. In commemoration of their 90th year, the Danish company is offering limited edition pieces detailed with rose gold aluminum and walnut wood finishes comprised of some of their most design-captivating pieces, all together known as the Love Affair Collection…
The Love Affair Collection launched with six Bang & Olufsen, most recently joined by a seventh component: a limited edition BeoLab 19 wireless subwoofer, covered with the rose gold finish we’re seeing everywhere in high design, fashion, and jewelry design. Designed by Jakob Wagner, the 12-faced dodecahedron and two drivers sub is otherwise the same as the non-Love Affair Collection version, operating with the same in-phase technology to eliminate unwanted vibrations during playback.
The rest of collection is comprised of the BeoVision Avant 85, BeoVision 11-46 television with the BeoRemote One, BeoPlay A9 music system, BeoPlay H6 headphones, and the slim tower BeoLab 18 speakers decorated in a new walnut lamella front and rose gold.
