How Bezar: Bezar Modern Design Pop Up Marketplace

I have a bad (read: good) feeling about this. Bezar is a new online marketplace from the creatively quirky Co-Founder of, Bradford Shellhammer. When he contacted me to tell me about Bezar, I immediately I put my credit cards into containers of water and shoved them into the freezer. Seriously, though, many of us miss the excitement of the popup experience and design-centric marketplace we had with Fab and are kind of sick of mass-market products being disguised as handmade/indie. Bezar is here to fill that void.

Bezar, whose branding and name I’m also in love with, will showcase will launch an online Pop-Up Shop every day in four different categories featuring designer in each: Art, House, Jewelry, and Accessories. Each shop will typically last three days.

Bezar will showcase some really amazing product lines – just check out the selection:

I appreciate that the idea behind Bezar is to focus on makers, designers and people who create and less focused on “deals”. The site officially launches in Spring, but you can sign up to be notified when it launches right here.
