If you’re familiar with Burt’s Bees natural personal-care products, you might be as stoked as I was to learn that the company is now producing a collection of natural, cruelty-free grooming and care products for dogs. Like Burt’s Bees’ products for humans, each item in the line contains a minimum of 95% natural ingredients, and there are no parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances to be found, which is good, because dogs do not like that stuff. (Right?) I’m impressed at how extensive the line is, including shampoos, dental-care sprays, eye wash, skin cream, tear-stain remover, and an itch-soothing spray. Burt’s Bees for Dogs is available at Petco and other pet specialty stores.
