Built in 2007 by Daniel Rojo architects, this model is a modern take of an hacienda house, with wrap around decks, and large amount of glass that let the outside come right in.
The interior is your typical austere/modern /minimalistic look that I love so much with whites, reds and dark grey from the concrete floors. One noticeable item that got my attention was the use of bamboo for the roof area on top of the decks…Kind of a modern take on a veranda roof.

I love the rustic use of wood for the outdoor roofing above the walkways. Mixed with the contemporary lines this house is really warm and modern at the same time.
