James Ramsey, founder of founder of Raad, an architecture and design firm in NYC, has created the Chicken Co-Op, “luxury chicken residences” for those of you who are into this whole owning chickens craze.
Check out some more modern chicken coops from Drew Waters and Frederik Roijé.

As nice as this looks, I dont think is built to last nor from experience I dont think it would be the easiest to clean either.
I like the solar powered fan, and the windows but im sure it would get hugely hot and stuffy for them in there.
Also I have a wooden coop and run which has been treaded, and the paint/treatment is already coming off inside where they walk and scratch, so I dont think this would stay so nice and clean after a few months, and although that doesnt matter generally, but this one being so clean and modern i think it would fail badly.

It looks great! Regarding cleaning, one would have to ask the builder if he has considered that in the design. It does look like it could be hosed down. Regarding the heat. It would be best if it was completely or partially in shade. There is ventilation, so one could affix a fan, most likely. It is a good design. It is going to get dirty, no matter what. Chickens do make doo and peep. They are only human aviaryish!
