Located in New York, this apartment by Incorporated Architecture & Design, is dubbed the “Bohemian Apartment,” but I would call it more of a modern jungle gym! If you have a hard time picturing kids in a modern environment, this will give you a better visualization of how adults and kids can live in a modern home in perfect harmony.
This room is just fantastic all around.
I love the wall treatment of this space – I believe it might be hidden storage.
This modern indoor treehouse is something to behold. And, it has a working drop-down bridge. Obviously, it’s for older kids!
This custom bunk bed build-out is great, especially the built-in chalkboard. This is one seriously big family!
What a fun hideaway for playing. I wish I had something like this as a kid. I just built forts with blankets…
Oh, that tree column!
And, finally, a soothing sanctuary for Mom & Dad.

One word I can say … Incredible. Interior design is displayed as well as ideas to unite the room for adults and children, without forgetting the pleasure of children in the imagination. Installation of the tree house is a brilliant idea. As usual I see, kids room, wallpaper have hero characters such as superman, batman etc.. but in this room, hero figures were replaced with bright colors and contrasts between the walls. It is very interesting to me was a wall with decorative bamboo, making this exotic room.
Thank you for presenting ideas that are brilliant and poured.

OMG …. Oh My Good … That word can come out when I saw the interior design is in the apartment. Full of color, do not leave the nature of the children were cheerful, but can be integrated into the interior bright and beautiful in the apartment. a tree house in it makes the kids can play and imagine. This makes the interior design inspiration and ideas in writing my article on my website.
Thank you for the creativity of the interior design forming a beautiful and interesting.

I need to know where everything in that bathroom came from! Most importantly the sink and faucet. However, also the light, tile and medicine cabinet.

Love the huge sofa in all different patchwork colors. Where did they get it or did they make it themselves?

This sofa comes from Roche-bobois, it’s name Mah-jong. It’s coverder with Missoni’s fabric. I really like thsi sofa too. The only thing that I don’t like in that appartment is the blue storage in front of the sofa. The mix of colors in that room doesn’t match!!

My favorite is definitely the bathroom with the accent behind the sink. Taking the accent to the floor is pretty sharp. Then the sofa/ottomans are very fun. If those were in my home..my son may insist on keeping the ottomans next to the sofa like that in order to run and jump all over it (all of the time). *sigh*
Okay. Much respect to the design of the play areas/bunks/hideaways. There’s a lot of colors going on, but I think it works with the playfulness of the space.
That “wall treatment” in the dining space is a custom birch wood sliding screen. As in slabs of birch wood. I don’t think I could do that. Sliding screens are a pain at best…to have one like that…pretty to look at, totally impractical in all other aspects.
