Everyone knows the power of gathering around a table to share a home-cooked meal. Through it, we’re able to celebrate our cultural diversities as well as regional food traditions. New start-up Our Place, founded by Shiza Shahid, co-founder of the Malala Fund, believes these rituals and traditions are the foundation of making great connections. Their products aim to be hassle-free in the kitchen and help foster the bonding that occurs there in the process, with their collections being new heirlooms in the making. Currently available are the Always Pan, Drinking Glasses, Side Bowls, and Main Plates – you can also opt for a Dinner for 4 set in one of two color ways.
