Craft System by UM Project

At WantedDesign during New York Design Week 2012, one booth we couldn’t seem to pull ourselves away from was Craft System™ by UM Project. The robotic like forms had us mesmerized from the get go, and the best part is that most of them are lamps. Designed by Brooklyn-based François Chambard (the founder of UM), the collection is made up of pieces with the same form but each with their own distinct look. We loved them so much, we couldn’t even choose a favorite!

This one is actually a working theremin!
