A wise friend recently alerted me to the work of illustrator Roman Muradov, and when I checked it out I realized I’d seen his work before — like, all over. After all, his client roster reads like a list of some of my favorite things: The New Yorker, NPR, Village Voice, GQ, Random House. You’re possibly familiar with his distinctive style, too… and have you noticed how many pups he sneaks into his illustrations and comics? I see what you did there, Mr. Muradov.
