Dog Milk 2010 Year in Review

Wow, this year has been quite a ride. I launched Dog Milk back in February as a sister site to my popular art and design blog Design Milk. At that time, I had no idea where it would go. I was worried that no one would be interested in dog stuff — that surely no one was as obsessed with cool dog design as I was. To my happy surprise — you guys are are also way into dogs.

I can’t thank you enough for all of your support over the past year. We now have thousands of readers all over the world, which just goes to show you how important our dogs are to us. They’re our family, our best friends, and are always happy to see us when we come home (even if we only went to take out the trash).

Let’s take a look back at some of our most memorable and popular posts over this first year. This past year, we…

…dished on PediPaws.

…laughed this ridiculous toy.

…fell in love with Boo.

…learned to knit our own dogs!

…learned how NOT to greet a dog.

…shared our sleeping habits.

…discovered that more retailers and designers are thinking about dogs including Martha Stewart and Crate & Barrel.

…rounded up a ton of modern dog houses, including the most popular — Cubix.

From all of us here at Dog Milk, we wish you a very Happy New Year! Thanks for reading and we’ll see you on January 3rd.
