Dry Dog Wet Dog Photo Series by Serena Hodson

I’ve been following Australian pet photographer Serena Hodson on Facebook for a number of years and her work just keeps getting better and better. Her newest ongoing series Dry Dog Wet Dog might be my favorite to date!

Serena explains the inspiration behind this humorous series:

Dry Dog Wet dog came about with washing my own dogs. Their personalities change when they know it’s bath time. So I decided to create a series of the different looks and not only personalities but the difference in look from groomed to wet. We get such great texture on the dog when the hair is wet. Some dogs look completely different when wet and this was the joy I wanted to capture.

I can definitely say that Wrigley is one of the most pitiful looking creatures when he’s in the midst of a bath! (Chances are your pup would agree with his sentiments here.)
