Jenny Nordberg set out to try something new – to make homemade, artisanal furniture but in a mass produced type of way, i.e. super fast. The project, 3 to 5 Minutes – Rapid Handmade Furniture shows Nordberg under pressure crafting each piece of furniture in the span of just 3 to 5 minutes, as the title suggests. Each step in production is timed as she works her way through each project, which includes two easy chairs with extra pillows and a small trolley, all made in under an hour.
Take a look at how it’s done:
Each piece has its imperfections, which results in the goal, which is to show what you come up with with you lack time.

Read the article. It says “under an hour.” It’s not a joke, it’s an entertaining piece of PR for the artist. Just enjoy.

That was absolutely brilliant. Your movement and the matter of fact way you move and interact with the objects was so beautiful. Congratulations. Great work.
