JUNTOS Bench by Daniel Germani for Cosentino

Architect and designer (and proud dog dad) Daniel Germani teamed up with the folks at Cosentino and Brown Jordan Outdoor Kitchens to design a concept indoor/outdoor bench that keeps velcro dogs in mind! Unveiled during ICFF last month (with the help of local shelter pups!!), the JUNTOS Bench combines Cosentino’s architectural Dekton surface with Brown Jordan Outdoor Kitchens’ stainless steel to create an incredibly durable piece of furniture that’s both pet- and child-friendly.

“I owe this design to our own three dogs at home,” Germani says. “They inspired me to design this bench after years of watching them interact with the furniture in our own home. At our house we behave like a pack; our dogs go where we go. They curl up under whatever surface we are working, eating or entertaining on. I designed this piece to be as functional as it is beautiful, a piece my family and pups can enjoy both indoors and out.”

Designed to withstand the elements, as well as paws and claws, the JUNTOS Bench features easy-to-clean surfaces including a padded seat upholstered in Sunbrella fabric. The bench doubles as a cozy spot for your pup thanks to the integrated lounge space/shelter underneath.

Capree has a deep love of Victorian-era “fancy lads”, 19th Century anatomy drawings, and tin robots. She loves big, bold colors and big, bold patterns. Oh, and anything well-designed, especially if it’s something she can sit in.
