Kowalewski Residence in New York by Belmont Freeman Architects

The Kowalewski Residence in New York by Belmont Freeman Architects isn’t a brand new project, but I really like the combination of materials used. I don’t often like stucco houses, but this one in particular is nicely done. The 3,600 square foot home is located in a Nassau County beach community in NY. It seems private from the street, but the living area opens to the garden and once you get up onto the roof terrace it’s all about the panoramic ocean view.
