Lasso Is Back with a Wool Felt Bag You Assemble at Home

Back in 2013, we shared a pair of flat-packed slippers that you laced up once you got them home. Following that same idea, Lasso is back with a bag made from a water-repellent wool felt and a strap that lets you assemble it when it arrives. Once put together, it becomes a roomy, minimalist backpack you can rock all day long.

Just like the slippers, the Lasso Bag comes flat-packed in your chosen color combination, ready to assemble in under 10 minutes. The felt comes in two colors, brown or black, and the strap is available in six different colors: charcoal black, wool grey, brick red, peacock blue, pumpkin orange, and kiwi green.

Inside, there’s a large pocket to hold a 15″ laptop, along with two smaller ones to hold your phone, notebook, or smaller accessories.

The thick, high-quality felt is made using solar energy in a factory in Florencia. In order to protect your belongings, the felt is made of 70% wool and 30% viscose which makes it not only strong, but water-repellent.

Just like their previously successful product, they’re holding a Kickstarter campaign to make the Lasso Bag happen, which also happens to already be fully funded.
