Lauren Gregg is a designer and illustrator from Athens, GA, and she’s also a dog owner, which makes her my kind of people. She created the above painting for a tribute in San Francisco to filmmaker Wes Anderson (referencing, from Moonrise Kingdom, “Was he a good dog?” “Who’s to say.”, which made me laugh harder and longer than anything I’ve seen in a movie all year, as in, people in the theater were probably getting annoyed with me). One of Lauren’s pups, a Frenchie named Reggie, suffers from allergy problems, and Lauren’s selling silkscreen prints of her Moonrise Kingdom painting to help pay for his treatments. If you use the code dogmilk, she’ll give you 30% off till December 1st. Go help!
