Bauhaus Inspired Contemporary Jewelry by Lauren Markley

Kansas native Lauren Markley has zigzagged all over and recently landed herself in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her line of contemporary jewelry made me first think of Bauhaus design, and especially the work of Moholy-Nagy. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made from recycled sterling silver, various textiles, and wood. The pieces are sculptural and geometric, with interesting shapes making each item more unique than the next.
