LAWA DESIGN Designs the Twist Shelf That Doubles as a Magnetic Board

Allen Shakir and Ewa Bryzek, of Danish studio LAWA DESIGN, created the multipurpose Twist Shelf which goes from shelf to magnetic board with a simple yet sculptural twist. Made from untreated oak wood, the 2-in-1 design begins as a narrow shelf that twists 90-degrees to rest against the wall to become a magnetic strip. It can be used in kitchens to hold spices and recipes, offices for supplies and inspiration pieces, or entryways to keep your sunglasses and keys on, or basically anywhere you could use convenient and clever storage options.
