Lommer landed on our radar in their first year of business back in 2015 and since then the Greek brand has expanded their offerings to include a full line of bags, totes, and clutches. Lommer, who’s name came from (we) LOve Materials (and we) MEet Requirements, began when product designers Danai Gavrili and Alkioni Matsourdeli came together through their love of experimentation with innovative materials and a shared design aesthetic that leans towards minimalism. The duo got to work and developed a unique version of E.V.A material, and then paired it with other standout materials, like seat belts, sailing ropes, metal chains, and PVC handles. Once that came together, their handmade vegan bags were born with bold shapes and a variety of mix-and-match color options to make them all your own. The foam-like E.V.A. materials make each bag super lightweight and also waterproof so all of your belongings stay safe and dry when you’re out and about. Check out the entire Lommer collection in the Design Milk Shop where you can customize your own colorway to your liking!
