Lumenhaus is Virginia Tech’s 2009 entry to the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon competition. The 800 sq. ft. zero-energy house is completely powered by the sun delivers a brighter way to live, literally and figuratively. Lumenhaus responds to the seasons, weather, and light.
