Our second designer in the Maker section of next year’s IDS Toronto show in January is Lauren Reed. As a furniture and object designer, Lauren continually questions the emphasis of function and form in her work and explores how the two relate to her unique artistic approach and conceptual thinking. Her inspiration comes from the influence of shapes and form in the every day, which motivates her style and aesthetic in design.
