New Architectural Chairs from ODESD2

Sleek and characterized by sharp edges and metallic finishes, Urkainian design bureau ODESD2 presented the E3, E4, and E1. The mini collection of chairs and bar stools are inspired by Japanese culture and fitting for a workspace, dining room, or bar area.

The E2, E3 and E4 chairs have smooth, metal lines that are softened by warm wood and comforting upholstery. Instead of textile, the E2 chair’s harder angles are smoothed out by felt. All three chairs are inspired by all facets of Japanese culture, from the art of making weapons to the relaxing experience of tea drinking to calligraphy.

The E1 bar stool stands at the edge of true equilibrium.  Its cold metal legs are balanced by a warm, organic wooden seat. Despite its simple appearance, the bar stool is the summation of hard, detailed work and inspiration.
