Moscow-based industrial project designer Katerina Kopytina reached out to Design Milk to share her new smartphone charger, one designed with a bit of magnetic personality, capable of both charging and transferring files from mobile to other devices/computers all at the same time.
The One charger’s primary distinguishing feature is its soft and playfully colorful industrial design, engineered for tossing into a purse or backpack for backup charge duties, with a compact and magnetic accessorized form factor that safely tucks away both ends of its USB and Lightning connections.
Otherwise, the One is a pretty straight forward 1500 mAh capacity external battery charger capable of refilling the battery charge of an iPhone back to 70%. Available in three colors, the charger “designed for the city dweller” is an Apple certified accessory also compatible with the iPad; the One permits data transfer to iTunes while concurrently charging any iOS device attached to it, making it both a charger and pass-through Lightning cable.
