Pup Tent

Slade Architecture designed the Pup Tent, a modern dog lounge, for an auction benefiting New York?s Design Trust for Public Space, a not-for-profit organization committed to improving New York City?s public spaces.

The design of the Pup Tent is both cooling and comforting as it provides natural light through an opening at the top, which also helps increase air circulation. It’s made from water-jet cut plywood pieces that are laminated together to create a conical shape, similar to a teepee.
